You can burn fat without cardio. There are many pills out there that make this claim. However, while some are full of inorganic components that can have adverse side effects, other are organic and hundred percent natural ingredients. However, while you can get these organic pills, it is better to consume the natural components used to produce these pills.
Eats fruits, completely cut down on sugar and drink a lot of water. You'll experience changes within weeks. There are people that go on a complete fruit diet and within 2-3 weeks, they are on track. This is without cardio. It is better to substitute these pills for the healthy stuff. Keep in mind that it is healthier to have a balanced diet and regular exercise. It won't work magic but it would definitely work.

There are plenty of workouts that you can check out for getting the fat on the stomach out. You can make use of that in order to get the most out of the cardio workout.

  • Aerobics
  • Planc


Like this many exercise that you can try out for the cardio workout. They can be pretty difficult if you ask me if not done with practice.

Most pills may cause some unwanted side effects. Taking them regularly may damage your kidneys. The wearables that make you sweat is good. But I think they work best if you do some exercise. 

A steam bath or sauna bath is also a good way to burn fats. But I never tried it.

I do agree that there are some pills available in the market to trim down. However, these pills can affect our liver since it is the one that filters them. It is still best to do the natural way. Eating a well-balanced diet and doing some exercises are the best option. With regards to your question, it is impossible that our hearts will not work while doing some exercises to burn fats. We can do it one step at a time and do proper body mechanics to refrain from having pain in our bodies. Warm-up needs to consider before doing the workout.

As for burning fat without cardio workouts, cardio workouts cause the body to burn fat (and calories) faster. It is very effective, however, if one has heart or other health issues, talking to a physician is best

It is almost impossible  to burn fat without cardial workout.You need to have extreme workout in order to burun out the fat which is clogged in your body.Exercise like running or jogging can be effective.

Yes you still can lose weight without cardio exercises. First is to have a balanced diet and stay away from carbs and sweets that makes you fat. Have more protein like a protein shake, eggs, meat and also eat more fruits and vegetables. If you want to fasten up your weight loss, do some yoga and some stretching exercises that can make you sweat to lose more weight.
