My sleeping time is not constant, it varies from time to time depending on how tired I am. When I am tired, I usually sleep even as early as 8:00pm. Other times I can stay away until 1:00am.

I sleep at 2 in the morning because besides offline job, I have online job that I need to work on every night. I am always tired but I love the earnings.

At the weekdays I sleep around 11 pm and at the weekends it s 2 am .

I like to sleep around 11 Pm and most of the times I sleep early and it helps me to wake up early and complete required hours of sleep.

Talking about perfect sleep time, It's too much important and should be looked upon more seriously because it can affect our coming day as well. I'm saying this because if we sleep very late and then required to get up early in the morning then we won't be able able to complete at least 7-8 hours of sleep which all adults should have to feel fresh and otherwise we'll feel tired for the most part of the day and won't even be able to concentrate properly on our work so it can be very dangerous for our health.


If we have a fixed time to sleep then it would be best for us as our body will be habitual to sleep around that time and this will help us getting good and comfortable sleep every night.

I usually sleep around 8pm and wake up around 5am. Because i design my time table under normal circumstance to be free at that hour and retire to bed as required by the body.
I usually noticed that each time I sleep late, I wake up late and still feel very weak and most times with joint pains. It us however believed that detoxifying of the body need the body to be relaxed at early hour so that the organs will have easy and complete detoxifications. If a person sleeps early, he will wake sound and fit. The blood is expecte be in the lung around 3-5am and to liver around 5-6am at this point the slight exercise is required to breath in fresh air and at 7-9am, the blood will be in the large intestine and break fast is most required at this time.

There has been a lot of factors which played very big role in determining when I normally went to bed to sleep. The first one which I would like to discuss is still being young and under my parents care. Being under my parents care and under their roof had a huge influence on when I would literally go to sleep because they deem it right for me to sleep at such time and I must obey. So, then I would most likely be in bed between 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm without any excuse.


Another factor the influenced my sleeping habits or hour is the use of smartphone devices. Now, every member of the family must have slept off but not me because I would still have to press my smartphone for hours before I eventually sleep off. Sometimes, I would still be pressing the phone and nap off around 12:00 am.

I usually sleep at 3A.M i prefer working until late in the night and wake up late. But sometimes it depends with the work i am doing, especially working online you have to sleep late in the night because of the time differences with other countries where your clients are from. I like working at night because the environment is very cool and quiet and therefore you are able to concentrate on what you are doing more than in a noise environment.

Also during the day you have so many house chores to do, probably the kids are there and they need your attention, you need to cook for them, they need you to help them in their homework so you find that you have very minimal time to even do your own activities that is why i prefer sleeping late into the night to do my own activities.

My sleeping time is 11pm, and my body has so much effectively adjusted to it, such that no matter what am doing at that moment, sleep will kick in  and in respect to nature I will immediately put aside all activities to obey the call. If I don't sleep on time, it will affect my waking up time and i may end up being late for planned activities.

Usually I Sleep around 10-11 PM at night. Sometimes It's depends on the situation. If I want to wake up early in the morning, then I will go for sleep early around 9 PM. If I have work to be done, then I go to sleep for late night. 

But mostly I sleep around 10-11 P.M.

It varies actually , some days if I am working up till late then its usually around 12 am , but sometimes when I have to wake up early I sleep at around 10 or 11 pm and set an alarm for the next day

I usually sleep around 1 to 2 AM. But I wake up late in the morning. If I woke up early, I still catch up with lack of sleep in the afternoon to complete my beauty sleep for 8 hours every day.

After 11 hours of normal work , I usually carry out my personal work reading emails, talking with my immediate family and study . I usually retire to bed at 11pm .

I usually go to sleep at around 11pm. Getting enough sleep is important for staying healthy and energized throughout the day. I try to make sure I get a good 7-8 hours of sleep every night so that I can start my day feeling rested and ready to tackle any challenges that come my way.

My usual time to sleep at night is around 9 to 10:30 pm at night but it can extend up to 11 or pass sometimes that will depend on the situation. I feel sleepy already in my usual time of sleep and l don't have any hard time waiting like after 10 minutes to be able to sleep right away.

I usually sleep around 1 am, ie , after doing my midnight prayers.I am a christian and i can't do without prayers.I also do some of my online jobs at night.

My eyes starts drifting usually at 11 am but I try to sleep earlier than my usual time so that I can be benefitted by the 8 hours of proper sleep and feels rejuvenated the next morning for the rest of the day.

Usually at 11 Pm. But usually it depends on many factors like what I'm doing with whom, what for. So the days that I go to bed Really late is when I'm Working and lost count of time.

read some article somewhere, that when you sleep late you tend to wake up earlier as well and have confirmed this to be true. Am that kind of a person who will go upto late night to finish a certain task but I cannot wake up in the morning to do the task.

My usual bed time is 11:00 clock at night , I usually sleep this time and in summer I wake up at 5 and in winter at 7 . It's change sometimes but it's rarely happens.
