I don't drink energy drinks because previously, from my own experience, they caused undesirable effects such as changes in my heart and increased blood pressure. I honestly don't recommend them.

Those drinks should be illegal in my opion. There not healthy there's already coffee or sodas. Don't put extra chemicals in your body that you don't have to. Just stuck to coffee is my suggestion.

Chugging too many energy drinks can be harmful to your health. Energy drinks contain high levels of caffeine and sugar, and consuming too much of these ingredients can have negative effects on the body. Increased heart rate and blood pressure: The high levels of caffeine in energy drinks can cause an increase in heart rate and blood pressure, which can increase the risk of heart disease. Insomnia: Caffeine can disrupt sleep patterns and cause insomnia, making it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep. Dehydration: Energy drinks can dehydrate the body, as caffeine is a diuretic and can cause an increase in urine production. Weight gain: Energy drinks are often high in sugar, which can contribute to weight gain and an increased risk of obesity and diabetes. Addiction: Regular consumption of energy drinks can lead to a dependence on caffeine, making it difficult to function without it. Anxiety: Consuming too much caffeine can lead to feelings of jitteriness, nervousness, and anxiety. It's recommended to limit your consumption of energy drinks, and to not exceed more than 400 mg of caffeine per day. It's also important to keep in mind that everyone's tolerance for caffeine can vary, and some people may be more sensitive to its effects than others. It's also important to listen to your body and pay attention to how different foods and drinks make you feel.

It is possible that some people have chugged 12 energy drinks and survived, but it is highly unlikely. Consuming large amounts of energy drinks can be dangerous and potentially fatal, as it can lead to serious health issues such as heart palpitations, seizures, and even death. It is important to limit the amount of energy drinks you consume and always consult your doctor before consuming large amounts of caffeine.
