Definitely not

A disorder can control you , but you can control your thought
When there's something wrong and you're not happy, you can just find something fun doing
You thinking won't make the situation okay but worsen it
Unlike disorder where you don't have a choice

I think it can fall into such a category if they were diagnosed to have mental disorders. I, myself can overthink but I am not insane with such a matter.

I would say that if so, when that thought is so intense that it affects your work, your studies and when you try to sleep the person should seek help from a professional, in my opinion.

I support you with this statement. It is best to consult the right person. If we just ignore someone who keeps on thinking, it might worsen.

Over thinking is not a mental disorder, it's just that you are engaged with thoughts trying to find a solution to your current challenge, it is just a time of thinking hard.

Overthinking is not a disorder but if you continue and make it a habit it can lead to a phycological disorder and it may damage your brain.

Well I'm a person who faces the same issue but I won't consider me as a person with a mental disorder. If we see with this perspective than 60 to 70% of the people would be considered as people with a discorder in their brain because alot of people the same issue as well.

It may be a symptom of a psychological disorder buildup. Overthinking is a kind of thinking where you're worried about something you shouldn't be. But no matter what happen to your mind, you should still consult a psychiatrist.

Overthinking can be a symptom of various psychological conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder i.e OCD. However, it is not a recognized disorder on its own. Consult a mental health professional for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

I think its a disorder. For me, I can not control it. It makes me cry over nothing that I have prove of by just thinking about it. I make silly mistakes and accusations over nothing and this makes me so sad. No matter how I try to control it, I just find myself overthinking. This overthinking are always negative and never make anything good for me.

Overthinking is not a psychological disorder, but it can be a symptom of a mental health condition such as anxiety or depression. It is important to remember that it is normal to have moments of worry or anxiety, but if it is impacting your daily life it is important to reach out for help. Additionally, it is important to remember to take breaks from stressful situations, to practice relaxation techniques, and to seek professional help if needed.
