I work as a guard for a period of time. My responsibilities were to pass timber carriers through the gate, to count logs, to put all the trasportation information into the specialised computer software and paper documents. Not all coworkers were willing to do all that stuff entirely. Affraid of computer. I did all that stuff but because of the help of my experienced colleague who tought me those things and show possible cases.
For me as an accountant and head office administrator , working all the duties beside human resources duties , I can say that I do all these jobs alone .
My co worker are very supportive and caring, they asist me when am in need, we work in peace, we don't quarel, we try to work with each other dilligently and faithful.
My coworkers are supportive of me but it will all depend on our team lead instructions so that my coworkers will do the task that they need to do for me. There are sometimes that my coworkers are not that cooperative like if I need to go home and my coworker cannot relieve me right away and I need to wait for 5 or more just to relieve me from my work. There are times that I need to call the attention of our team lead just to remind them of my break, lunch, or if I need to go home.
When I was still working in real estate, my subordinate and manager were very supportive. When my mom was in the hospital for weeks, they took on all pending work so that I could focus on my mom.
I love the support of my office mates. If someone is stressed, they got you covered. If you can't handle a customer because you're busy, they'll help you. Our bond there is so strong but the company is just toxic.
My fellow workers are very supportive and cooperative in my workplace place because we know and understand each other and we are working to achieve the same goal for our company
