Long time ago I used to prepare for questions and answers, now I never prepare myself for questions and answers because i have the experience to answer questions concerning jobs in my field , so no need to stress myself preparing.

I think new graduates should prepare to be accepted because they have no experience in work and life.

When you have years of  experience working and communicating with different type of people you will know exactly what to answer in an interview without preparing.

If you're referring to job interviews, these are the things I think you need to prepare for:

1. Knowing the company (at least the basics)

2. Knowing the industry

3. Knowing the competitors of the company

4. Identifying what you can contribute to the company

The best way is to search more about the company's background, job requirements, and curriculum vitae or resume. Then, try to jot down possible questions that the interviewer may ask and the accurate answers in your own words.

Preparing for responses at an interview involves several steps, including researching the company, understanding the job requirements, and practicing potential interview questions. Here are some tips to help you prepare:

Research the company: Before your interview, take the time to research the company you are interviewing with. Visit their website, read their mission statement, and learn about their products and services. This information will help you understand the company culture and tailor your responses accordingly.

Understand the job requirements: Review the job description carefully and make sure you understand the specific skills and qualifications required for the position. Be prepared to provide examples of how you meet these requirements.

Practice answering common interview questions: Many interviews include questions about your strengths and weaknesses, your experience, and your ability to work in a team. Practice your responses to these questions in advance so you feel confident during the interview.

Use the STAR method: When answering behavioral-based interview questions, use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses. This will help you provide clear, concise answers that showcase your skills and experience.

Be prepared to ask questions: During the interview, you will likely be given the opportunity to ask questions. Prepare a list of thoughtful questions in advance to demonstrate your interest in the company and the position.

Overall, the key to preparing for interview responses is to practice and be prepared. By doing your research, understanding the job requirements, and practicing your responses, you will feel more confident and be better equipped to showcase your skills and experience during the interview.
