There are several good sites that you can use if you live in Indie to publish your book.
All self-publishing companies will share a commission with you when your books are sold. One of the better ways is to print electronic books and sell them on Kindel or even on Amazon. You can always self-promote your own books and sell them yourself. If you want to sell books in a store this will not be as profitable as selling them as an ebook.
There are a few ways to publish a print book for free:
Self-publishing: You can use platforms like Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing or CreateSpace to publish your book in print-on-demand format, which means the books will only be printed when they are ordered. These platforms do not charge any upfront fees, but they do take a percentage of the sales.
Print-on-demand services: There are also print-on-demand services like Lulu or Blurb that allow you to create and sell your own printed books. These services also do not charge upfront fees, but they take a percentage of each sale.
Subsidized publishing: Some smaller publishing companies offer free publishing services, but the author is expected to pay for the costs of editing, cover design, and marketing.
It's important to keep in mind that even though you may not have to pay upfront to publish your book, there may be costs associated with editing, cover design, formatting and marketing. And you may still have to pay for the printing of each book when it's ordered
