If a person is living in warm weathered city, on average how many glasses of water (or drink) should he/she drink daily?

When I was hospitalized due to blood clots in my urinary bladder, I drank 10 liters of water in 1 night. By the way, I had urinary catheter to pass my urine out connected to a urine bag.

So living in a warm city, you can drink more than 3liters as per discretion of the person. Unless you are having edema or have medical problem, you must consult first with your doctor.

I like to base my water intake on the amount of heat loss during the day especially during heat season. If you are observant enough, you would notice that the more sweat you lose, the more thirsty you get. If the weather is not hot that doesn't not cause much heat loss, I will drink water moderately so that I visit the loo for urination.

I agree that there is need for us to always drink a whole lot of water. It is a good way for us to remain okay for the day. I don't think that there is water that we can drink and assume it to be enough for us during the day.

The general recommendation for how much water a person should drink in summer is eight 8-ounce glasses per day, or about 2 liters. However, this amount can vary depending on activity level, age, and health. It is important to listen to your body and drink when you feel thirsty, as well as checking the color of your urine to ensure you are adequately hydrated.

The amount of water a person needs to drink can vary based on a number of factors, such as their age, weight, gender, level of physical activity, and the climate they live in. However, as a general rule of thumb, it is recommended that adults drink at least 8-10 glasses (or approximately 2-2.5 liters) of water per day, regardless of the season.

In the summer, when temperatures are hotter and people tend to perspire more, it is even more important to stay hydrated. It is recommended that people increase their water intake to 10-12 glasses (or approximately 2.5-3 liters) of water per day during the summer months. Additionally, it's a good idea to drink water before, during, and after any physical activity to replenish fluids lost through sweating

The amount of water a person should drink can vary depending on various factors such as age, activity level, overall health, and climate. In summer or hot weather conditions, it is essential to stay adequately hydrated to compensate for increased perspiration and fluid loss.

A general guideline often recommended is to consume at least 8 glasses of water per day, which is approximately 2 liters or half a gallon. However, individual hydration needs may vary.

During summer or in hot weather, it's important to stay well-hydrated to compensate for increased fluid loss through sweating. A common recommendation is to aim for about 8 glasses of water per day, which is equivalent to about 2 liters or half a gallon. However, individual hydration needs can vary based on factors such as age, sex, activity level, and climate.

In addition to the general guideline, consider the following:

1. **Thirst:** Drink water when you're thirsty. It's a natural indicator that your body needs hydration.

2. **Activity Level:** If you're physically active, you may need more water to replace fluids lost through sweating.

3. **Climate:** Hot and humid weather can increase your water needs. Pay attention to how your body responds to the temperature.

4. **Urine Color:** Check the color of your urine. Light yellow or pale straw color is generally a sign of adequate hydration.

Remember that water needs can be met not only through plain water but also through other hydrating beverages and water-rich foods like fruits and vegetables. Listen to your body, and adjust your fluid intake accordingly. If you have specific health conditions or concerns, it's advisable to consult with healthcare professionals for personalized advice.
