It depends on what you look for in a phone. And fair warning, I'm going to sound like a Samsung salesman, simply because I find Android/Samsung phones have always treated me the best with little to no problems.
If you want a phone for business, work, and overall versatility in what it can do, then I'd go with the Galaxy Note20 Ultra. It's fast, has lots of storage space, and the pen and apps that come with it are definitely an asset to have when you need to write down a note quickly.
If you want a phone for gaming purposes, I'd go with the Galaxy Z Fold2. The phone has a new, high-tech feature where you can unfold the phone to have an almost tablet-size screen. Perfect for gaming. However, this is one of the most expensive options as it costs $2k.
If you want a phone for photography purposes, go with the Galaxy S20. It has three camera lenses and new camera features like "night hyperlapse," "director's view," and 4K video recording.
And last but not least, if you're feeling nostalgic and miss the flip-phone days, go with the Galaxy Z Flip. The flip feature protects the screen and keeps it clean. Not to mention that it's super cool that it's a touch screen phone that flips shut. No more accidental butt-dailing. Problem solved.
And these are just four phones that I am most interested in that have the most promising features. I highly recommend searching for a phone you'd most enjoy because you have to pay for it. So talk to your phone service provider or a service provider that you're interested in starting with to see what would be perfect for you.
