Citrus fruits are the main source of Vitamin C. You can explore the public market to have some oranges, lemons, etc. They can boost our immune system.

Among those fruits and vegetables that increase immunity are: sea buckthorn, blueberry, grape, cherry, chokeberry, strawberry, currant, citruses, melon, parsley, broccoli, brussels sprouts, red and green pepper, tomatos, spinach.

To my knowledge i think taking of vegetables and vitamins can be of great help in boosting imunity, fruits like orange, paw paw and vitamins fruits.

Food rich in vitamin A and C are really immune boosting

Fruits like orange, grapes, pineapple are rich in vitamin c

Also they  have antioxidant properties, good for skin and general health

Also many food like rich idli, rich in protein have immunogenic property, so given to sick patients
