It is a simple thing to consider. We need to let the kiddies have healthy foods, such as vegetables and fruits. Let them sleep at least 8 hours and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

Besides healthy foods, the best thing to help children's immunity is to let them play outside in the dirt, with bugs, etc. Exposure to these things in small doses builds their immunity, especially against bacteria and helps to an extent to prevent allergies. Sunshine is also very important, as well as exercise. Exercise boosts your immune systems, even in adults.

Green leafy vegetables, carrots, fish, milk, and eggs are some food rich in vitamin A. In addition to that, my child's pediatrician recommends Vitamin C with Zinc to boost immunity.

If you can let the kids eat fruits with their meals the better which are fresh. This will give them the nutrients that they needed for their body as they grow. You can give them citrus fruits and other fruits that are rich in vitamins. You can also give them fresh fruit juices as an alternative to real fruits. Another one is to let them take the regular vitamins that you can buy over the counter just in case they are choosing fruits.
