Be brave, and have the strength and courage to move on to your phase. If you can cry bring out all the hurt in you to lighten what you are feeling inside. Pray that you will get through these hard times and start a new life on your own. Find time to relax and enjoy life with your family and friends. Love yourself more than anything else. Keep yourself busy and do something worthwhile.

The first thing to do is to find someone who will listen to your heartaches. If travel permits, you can try to explore a new place to distract yourself from something.

Gain control of your mind. Banish it from your mind. Fill the void left with something else to obsess over, and focus on it with equal devotion.

You can get over it by understanding you and that specific person were jus not meant to be and that better days are coming. And that the Lord doesn't want you to be sad but happy instead.

Well, keep yourself bizzy. If there where things you had always wanted to do and you had never gotten around to doing them then now is the time. Also delete everything that reminds you of your ex from your phone, laptop or computer.

Heartache can cause a great deal of suffering. Alas, relatives and acquaintances are not always able to support us, especially if the reason, to their taste, is insignificant or non-obvious. Instead of sympathy, it is possible to run into accusations in the style of "you're just pissed off, there are children starving in Africa, you have nothing to worry about. But it hurts. And the accusations often only increase the pain. How to get out of this trap? How to stop the pain and learn to feel joy and happiness again? That's what today's article is about.

Heartbreaks can be very difficult to deal with, but there are things you can do to help yourself heal and move on:

Allow yourself to feel your emotions: It is normal to feel sad, angry, or hurt after a heartbreak. Allow yourself to feel these emotions without judging or suppressing them.

Take care of yourself: Self-care is essential during this time. Get enough rest, eat healthy foods, exercise, and spend time doing things you enjoy.

Lean on your support system: Reach out to family and friends for emotional support. It's okay to ask for help and talk about how you're feeling.

Avoid contact with your ex: It's important to give yourself space from your ex to allow yourself to heal. Avoid contacting them or looking at their social media profiles.

Keep yourself busy: Find activities that you enjoy and keep yourself busy. This will help take your mind off the heartbreak and give you a sense of purpose.

Seek professional help: If you are having trouble coping with the heartbreak or have symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues, consider seeking help from a mental health professional.

Remember that healing takes time and everyone's journey is different. Be patient with yourself and take things one day at a time. With time and effort, you will heal and be able to move on from your heartbreak.

Getting over a heartbreak can be a difficult and painful process, but there are a few things you can do to help. Start by giving yourself time to grieve and process your emotions. It's also important to take care of yourself by eating well, exercising, and getting plenty of rest. Connect with supportive friends and family, practice self-care activities, and take up a new hobby or activity. Finally, try to focus on the positive aspects of your life and remember that this too shall pass.

Make out time for yourself and reflect on your experience. Practice self  consolidation, forgive yourself and try to see your ex as a friend rather than developing hatred.
