How do you handle being exhausted?

Personally speaking, I managed to sleep if there is an ample time or watch video clips on YouTube. At some point, I just listen to music.

I just make a cup of Nescafe and relax watching television , or make some posts and networking for my business , also I like to do some handmade items I consider it as a stress Relief.

Also I like to listen to the radio while I am relaxing too.
