INGREDIENTS wheat flour 350 grams dry yeast 1,5 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp 220 ml water salt (for dough and herbs) 1 tsp. vegetable oil 3 tsp. garlic (cloves) 3 units. coriander 1 bunch parsley 1 bundle dill 1 bundle vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Step 1 Dissolve the yeast in 50g of warm water (of the total amount). Add sugar, 1-2 tbsp flour and place in a warm place to form a "cap". Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, vegetable oil and the remaining water, and pour the yeast in. Knead the dough, it will be sticky, but you do not need to "clog" it with flour. Put into a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with a napkin, and place in a warm place to rise, 1 hour.
Step 2. While the dough is rising, prepare the green sauce. Place the greens, garlic, a pinch of salt and pour the vegetable oil into the bowl of a blender. Beat everything with an immersion blender.
Step 3 Knead the dough to rise, roll out into an oval, and spread the green sauce evenly over the dough (leave a little sauce to coat the ready buns).
Step 4 Roll up the dough all the way along the length of the roll. Then cut this roll lengthwise in half. Intertwine "obliquely" and place in a greased baking dish. If you don't have a bread form, a muffin tin will do.
Step 5 Place the dough in a warm place for about 30 minutes to proof and then bake in a preheated 180 °C oven, about 30 minutes, until dry. Brush the finished loaves with the remaining green sauce.
