A healthy food is a very nutritious and less chemical food. The more natural content it has, the healthier it is for me. Life span lessen nowadays due to the ingredients used in dishes and even the healthiest foods are now contaminated with preservatives.

Yes, the word "healthy" is often misused. It is common for people to use the word to describe something that is nutritious or promotes health, when in fact it may only have a limited or negligible health benefit. It is also sometimes used to describe something that is simply low in calories or fat, without taking into account other aspects of nutrition or overall healthfulness. It is important to consider all factors that contribute to overall health, rather than just one or two elements.

The word “healthy” has become an oversimplified term to place foods, recipes, activities and our bodies into moralized “good” or “bad” categories. There is so much more to health than the good vs. bad, right
