Pregnancy symptoms can start as early as week or two after conception. However, the timing can vary from woman to woman. Common early symptoms include fatigue, breast tenderness, nausea and frequent urination. If you suspect you might be pregnant, consider taking a pregnancy test to confirm.

Certainly, some women may not feel the early signs of pregnancy, while others might notice subtle changes even before their missed period. The experience varies from person to person, but here are a few common early signs of pregnancy that some women may feel before their period:

1. **Breast Changes:** Tender or swollen breasts are often one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. Hormonal changes can lead to increased blood flow and sensitivity in the breast area.

2. **Fatigue:** Feeling more tired than usual is a common early sign of pregnancy. Hormonal changes and increased metabolism can contribute to feelings of fatigue.

3. **Frequent Urination:** Pregnancy hormones can lead to increased blood flow to the pelvic area, which may result in more frequent trips to the bathroom.

4. **Morning Sickness:** Nausea and vomiting, commonly referred to as morning sickness, can start as early as a few weeks after conception.

5. **Food Aversions or Cravings:** Changes in hormones can lead to changes in taste and smell preferences, causing certain foods to become unappealing or desired.

6. **Mood Swings:** Hormonal changes can also impact mood and emotions. Some women may experience mood swings or heightened emotions.

7. **Increased Sense of Smell:** Hormonal changes might heighten the sense of smell, leading to increased sensitivity to odors.

It's important to note that these symptoms can be similar to premenstrual symptoms, and some women might experience them without being pregnant. Additionally, every pregnancy is unique, and some women might not experience any noticeable symptoms until later in their pregnancy. If you suspect you might be pregnant, taking a home pregnancy test after you've missed your period can provide more accurate results. If you're trying to conceive or have concerns, it's a good idea to consult a healthcare professional for guidance and advice.

Some women may experience early pregnancy symptoms before their missed period. These early signs can include breast tenderness, fatigue, nausea, and changes in appetite. However, it's important to note that not all women experience these symptoms, and they can vary widely from person to person. If you suspect you may be pregnant, it's best to take a pregnancy test or consult with a healthcare professional for confirmation.

Pregnancy symptoms tend to start around week 5 or 6, however some people may notice symptoms early as one week. which occurs about 2-3 after sex when a fertilized egg attaches to the wall of uterus.

Pregnancy symptoms can vary from woman to woman, but some early signs may begin as soon as a week or two after conception. These can include missed periods, fatigue, nausea or vomiting (often referred to as morning sickness), breast tenderness, frequent urination, and heightened sensitivity to smells. However, it's important to note that these symptoms can also be caused by factors other than pregnancy, so a pregnancy test is the most reliable way to confirm pregnancy.
