I sleep with one under my head and one between my knees as I prefer to sleep on my side but it varies for sleeping positions. if you sleep on your back you should have one beneath your head and one under your feet. if you suffer from reflux you should try use your pillows to elevate your neck and head and so on...

I sleep with two pillows..it make's me feel comfortable.sometimes i sleep with 3 pillows when iam feeling too sick ..one pillow for under head and one under legs and one pillow to hug ..it make's sleep freely and comfortable . everyone can use as many pillows as they want it depends on our own comfort... however comfortable sleep is important.

I Prefer to sleep with 2 Pillows for better sleep. One down to my Head and one between to my knees as i like to sleep cross always. This is how i get very Good sleep with 2 Pillows.
