A single habit change that triggers a huge amount of change all through out our life. according to my knowledge three habit which can improve our life:


  1. Reading: books give knowledge of all the habits like social skills, diet, money, fitness etc.
  2. Meditation: it is very important which will really work our brain to self control.
  3. Fitness/Diet: it is intermediate relationship with the diet which will help day to day healthier.

Here's my disciplines done to improve myself


1. Sleep early and wake up early having enough sleep. I do this everynight and I'll wake up feeling productive, I'll do exercises to give me happy hormones right after

2. Always look forward to what is your goal and appreciate every little step you achieve for you to reach higher goals.

3. Most of all, be positive that you can make it. You're not alone, God is with you and He'll give you the success that you want
