You can make Pasta either on the stove or by baking. Baking has a different taste to it, but making on the stove is a much healthier option. There is no need to bake the pasta if you are making it on the stove. The best type of pasta to go with white cream sauce is Macaroni or Penne. Boil the pasta in salted water, till it gets cooked Al Dante. It should not get too soft, else it breaks into pieces.

For the white sauce, pan roast all purpose flour. You can add some garlic for flavor. Once it is slightly roasted, add milk to the pan, to get a thick cheesy reduction of white sauce. Add Mozarella to it and some herbs to get the taste. Mix the cooked pasta with the white sauce and you get the tastiest, home-made white pasta.

This is the easiest pasta recipes that I make. Just cook the pasta al dente as you do for other kinds of pasta dishes. Prepare white sauce as usual, I prefer to add a little sugar to the white sauce as it balances the salt from cheese and also gives a nice creamy taste. Keep this ready at hand.

Chop some veggies such as zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, either only green bell peppers or  a mix of the green, yellow and red peppers. You can even use mushrooms if you like. Chop an onion finely. One or two cloves of garlic, crushed. Heat oil and add chopped onions, saute until they turn translucent. Then add garlic and saute for a minute. Next, add the veggies one by one and keep stirring for a few minutes, until they are slightly cooked and still have that crunch. Then add white sauce and mix well. Lastly, add pasta and give a quick stir. Adjust salt, herbs as per your taste. Garnish with cheese. You won't even have to add cheese if you are thinking of cutting down the calories.

To make pasta with white cream sause you will need to follow the following steps: first, you will need to melt the butter in a small saucepan cooking over low to medium heat and keep stirring it for about 5minute. Second step is; you should add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined. Then you should pour in cream and the remaining ingredients, also stire it constantly as it thickens. Third step is; you should add more cream or flour depending on desired consistency.
Meanwhile, you can also use the following steps;

i. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

ii. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minute.

iii. Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in one third of the milk.

iv. Repeat this process stirring all the sauce to thick and shiny before adding more milk.

v. When all the milk is added bring to the boil.
