I am a renter myself and prefer that to owning as I don't have to pay for the maintenance of a house or grounds. Most of the people I know who own houses pay more in maintenance of the house than I pay for rent so I don't see the savings.

i own house mostly for long term value. Short term renting is best to gather up money to buy other things or save up for other expensive item you can't save up for when owning a huse. Like something breaks mechanicly in a house you need to find and pay someone to fix it. Renting you call the owner of your place they find pay someone to fix the problem.

I used to have a house, but due to need of money we sold that house, and now we are on rent, in short my suggestion is to never sell your property for getting some short term benefit, because after then when we calculate our rent amount then we realize that in last few years how much money we loosed.

Choosing to rent or buy a house is a major decision that can affect ones lifestyle and financial health. There's no easy answer to which one you should do. Both have their pros and cons. As far as buying a home it will cost you more upfront, but your monthly payment should be lower than what it would cost to rent. Buyers don;t have the conviance of calling the landord if something breaks. Buying a home you have the freedom to do what you want with your home...paint, remodel, etc. Unfortunately if you're buying a home and are bored with the house or if you decide u want smaller or bigger its not as easy to pack up and move as if you were renting.

The money paid for house maintenance depends on location, people living in high brow areas pay more in maintenance fee which could be equivalent to house rents in some areas. But it pays more in a long term to own a house because of the value of appreciation.

I currently rent an apartment. I prefer the flexibility of renting to owning, as I can move more easily if I need to. I also don't have to worry about any maintenance or repairs, as those are usually taken care of by the landlord. I understand your point about maintenance costs, and I think it's important to weigh the pros and cons of both renting and owning before making a decision.

There is no definitive answer as to whether renting or owning a home is better. The answer depends on your own personal situation—your finances, lifestyle,
