For me the best meal that I've ever had are during the days when grandma prepare it for me. She is a nutritionist and she make sure to serve a complete meal for the family. Containing a 1/2 veggies (broccolli with spinach is enough for me), 1/4 of carbs (I remembered she will alternately give quinoa, brown rice or sweet potatoes for us) and 1/4 of protein (eggs, chicken, fish, pork loin). A combination of those are the best meals that I've had in my life prepared by my grandmother.
